Yin Ke

Violinist

Upon graduation, Yin Ke quickly established himself as an outstanding performer and was invited to perform as a soloist in orchestra and chamber music.  While living in Sichuan, China, he found his passion in violin teaching.  After migrating to Singapore, he was invited to teach at the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts under the School of Young Talents.

With his twenty years of teaching experience, he has developed many of his students into outstanding young violinists.  They have won top prizes in Singapore and overseas competitions.  These competitions included the Singapore Biennial National Piano & Violin Competition (2017, 2019 & 2021), radio station Symphony 92.4 Young Talents Project (2015), Thailand International String Competition (2015), Animato International Violin Competition in Australia (2016), Andrea Postacchini International Competition in Italy (2017), Zhuhai International Mozart Competition for Young Musicians in China (2017), and the Menuhin Violin Competition (2018).

Yin Ke is frequently invited to conduct masterclasses overseas in countries such as Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia and China.  He has also been invited to be a teaching faculty in the Singapore Violin Festivals and the New Virtuosi Queenswood Mastercourse in the UK. Since 2023, Yin Ke has also been serving as a violin mentor at MingClassics, receiving unanimous praise from his students. This complements his already impressive career, where he has made significant contributions both as a performer and educator, notably at the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts and in international masterclasses and competitions.

Yin Ke's ability to nurture and develop young talent is evident from the numerous accolades his students have achieved in prestigious events worldwide.
