In 2025, the MingClassics concert series returns to the breathtaking settings of the Swiss Alps, with performances taking place at the Andermatt Concert Hall and the Vitznau Chamber Music Hall. The festival offers a rich musical journey that blends international excellence with the energy of young talent.
OPENING CONERT
Die drei herausragenden Violinisten Bartłomiej Nizioł, Ning Feng und Xiaoming Wang werden am 14. Juli im wunderschönen Andermatt Concert Hall in den Schweizer Alpen drei berühmte Mozart-Violinkonzerte interpretieren – und damit den Auftakt zu unserer musikalischen Reise durch das Werk Mozarts geben.

Faculty concert of the MingClassics
The Faculty Concert is one of the highlights of the MingClassics Festival – an evening where world-class musicians and professors from around the globe unite to bring chamber music to life. These artists, renowned as soloists, concertmasters, and educators, are also passionate advocates of musical values. Through intense rehearsal and spontaneous musical dialogue, they create a performance defined by both virtuosity and human connection. The program celebrates not only the richness of classical repertoire, but also the creative power of collaboration across cultures and generations – music that is vibrant, meaningful, and deeply moving.

About the Competition
The MingClassics Music Competition is an international platform for young musicians to showcase their talent as part of the MingClassics Summer Academy, held in the inspiring setting of the Swiss Alps. Participants present solo repertoire of the highest standard and receive professional feedback from a distinguished jury.
First Prize winners with distinction from the First Round will advance to the Final Round and perform in concert with the MingClassics Chamber Orchestra.

MingClassics Competition
Final Round Free Admission | All Are Welcome
In two public final rounds, outstanding young talents compete against one another.The finalists perform together with the MingClassics Chamber Orchestra under the musical direction of conductor Maestro Jin Yukuang from Shanghai.
The program features masterworks of the Classical era:
violin concertos by Mozart, the viola concerto by Stamitz, the clarinet concerto by Mozart, as well as selected arias from Mozart’s most famous operas.
